Not entirely satisfied with your purchase from Purus Official<\/b> or Purus Car Wash<\/b>? Don\u2019t worry! At United Webshops<\/b> We have a clear returns policy. You have the right to return your order up to 14 days after receipt<\/b> to cancel without giving a reason.<\/p>\n

\ud83d\udcdd How do returns work?<\/b><\/p>\n

  1. Register your return:<\/b> Please send an email to [mail@verenigdewebshops.nl] within 14 days of receipt, quoting your order number.<\/li>\n
  2. Return the product:<\/b> Once you have registered, you have a further 14 days to send the product back to us.<\/li>\n
  3. Refund:<\/b> As soon as we have received the parcel in good condition, we will refund the full purchase price to your account within 14 days.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    To be eligible for a full refund, it is important that:<\/p>\n

    • The product in the in its original condition and packaging<\/b> is.<\/li>\n
    • Products have only been unpacked to assess their nature and characteristics (just as you would in a high street shop).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Please note: For liquids, polishes and cleaning products from Purus Car Wash<\/b> the rule is that, for health and safety reasons, cannot be returned if the seal has been broken<\/b> or whether the bottle has been opened.<\/p>\n

      The cost of returning your parcel to our warehouse is at one\u2019s own expense<\/b>. We recommend that you send your return parcel with a Track & Trace code, so that you always have proof of dispatch.<\/p>\n
